  I spent a week at Vermillion Bay Lodge in the summer of 2016. The weather was really bad and the fishing wasn't that hot, but you can't do anything about either of those things. On the other hand, the cabins, boats, and facilities were in A+ shape. You couldn't ask for a better host than Gord. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

  My son and I spent a wonderful week at Vermillion Bay Lodge in late September. Our experience was great and we have already booked for next year. The Musky week was a lot of fun and Gord & Susanne are great hosts. Eagle Lake is a beautiful lake and has lots of fish in it. It's large water so you want a GPS. Mike used his boat the docking facilities were good with electricity to charge your trolling motor readily available. Great spot to have a great time.

  Gord and Susanne simply have the best accomodations and services available at the best price on Eagle Lake. You will not be dissapointed.

  I have been to Vermilion Bay Lodge on tree occasions, each of them just as great as the last. I hope that I can continue to come up to Canada on fishing trips and family time for many more years. The fishing has been great each year I have been, and it sure tastes great. The cabins are great and comfortable. The environment is friendly and fun. I cannot wait until I get to come back another time.

  Trust me, you will not find a better place to stay and fish. Super people and clean amenities....if you leave the Sunday fish fry hungry then its your fault!
